Many consider Kiawah Island to
have one of the finest collections of golf courses in the country.
At Kiawah Island Golf Resort, golfers can sample the works of five
masters of modern golf course architecture without leaving the
island. In fact, Kiawah Island Golf Resort is the only resort in
the country that has three courses ranked on Golf Digest's
list of "America's Top 75 Resort Courses," and Conde
Nast Traveler recently listed the Resort among the top
"50 Golf Resorts Worldwide."

The Ocean Course

Sunday's final match. In 1997, The Ocean Course hosted the World
Cup of Golf, with the world's finest golfers from 32 countries
competing in the stroke play tournament.

setting for the course features four large, natural lakes, fingers
of saltwater marsh, and dense maritime forests of live oaks,
pines, palmettos, and magnolias.

Oak Point

historic Haulover Creek and the Kiawah River.

Turtle Point
Jack Nicklaus Design
7054 Yd. - 72 Par - Rating/Slope
74.2/141
The combination of length and
accuracy demanded by this Jack Nicklaus design has led to its
selection for several important championships including the
Carolinas' Amateur, the Carolinas' PGA, the South Carolina Amateur
and the 1990 PGA Cup Matches, the club professionals version of
the Ryder Cup. Opened in 1981, Turtle Point is a low-profile
design with fairways and green settings blended into the existing
landscape.

Cougar Point
Gary Player Design
6887 Yd. - 72 Par - Rating/Slope
73.0/134
Designed by Gary Player, the par-72
layout features holes playing directly along broad expanses of
