The North Course
Designed by Ted Robinson
3,008 yd.
The North nine plays to 3008, 2898 and 2759
yards, with many of the holes featuring significant elevation
changes. Elevated tees and raised putting complexes provide the
most challenge, with the par five 5th providing one of the most
visually spectacular tee shots on the course. The fairways on this
nine are more open that those of the West course, and the playing
surfaces are much more undulating. There are 25 sand bunkers and
just two holes with water in play.

The South Course
Designed by Ted Robinson
3,015 yd.
The South nine provides the same wonderful
conditioning and interesting hole designs as the other two
layouts. This course plays to 3015, 2820 and 2661 yards with 4
water holes and 26 sand bunkers along the layout. The South has
large greens that are relatively flat, but sloped from back top
front. All three nines have yardage markers on the cart paths and
fairways at 100, 150 and 200 yards. Color coded flags indicate
front, middle or back pin placements, and hole diagram booklets
are standard on all carts.

The West Course
Designed by Ted Robinson
3,082 yd.
The West course plays to yardages
measuring 3082, 2853 and 2628 yards. While not overly long, this
nine provides sufficient challenges in the form of rolling
fairways and significant water hazards. The course begins simply
enough with the initial three holes playing in and across the
valley-like wash that runs through the property. From there
things get interesting as the final 6 holes meander about the
resort community. Holes # 5, # 6 and # 7 are gorgeous golf holes,
which require strategic planning and great iron play. The par four
ninth is also a spectacular water hole, with a lake situated to
the right that challenges the abilities of golfers to negotiate
this dogleg. The view from behind this green is a good
representation of the vistas that make Palm Springs golf so
special. There are 19 sand bunkers and 5 holes in which water
plays a significant role.
