The home backs to the bay and the natural area surrounding Jolee Island. The sugar white sands of Sandestin’s private Gulfside beach are only a half mile away. An underpass under Rt. 98 is used by walkers, joggers and bikers for access to the beach.

The home features two master bedrooms with king-size beds and private baths. The second floor master has a large private deck overlooking the bay. The first floor master has a private entrance and an outdoor hot/cold shower. The third bedroom has two extra-long twin beds and a bathroom. There is a cable TV in each bedroom.
