St. Andrews New Course	Par 71 6625 yards. The oldest ‘new’ course in the world, built by Tom Morris in 1895.It is a classic links course which uses the natural features of the land to create a first class golfing challenge. The course has the traditional out and back layout, with the 18th green just to the right of the first tee. It also has, in the great St Andrews tradition, shared fairways and even a double green at the 3rd and 15th holes.
St. Andrews Castle Course	Par71, 6753 yards. St. Andrews newest gem the Castle Course opened July 2008. Set on a rugged cliffline overlooking the ancient town of St Andrews, the course combines breathtaking views with a memorable golfing challenge. It is located a few miles outside town on the coast, near Kingsbarns. With some beautiful views looking back into town, and the stunning 17th signature hole played over a coastal inlet to a green perched on the cliffs, it draws quite a bit of attention, and has turned into another must play while in St. Andrews.
Carnoustie Golf Links	Par 72, 6941 yards. Carnoustie’s Championship course has developed into one of the world’s finest tests of golf, a course used as the venue for 7 Opens and numerous other national championships. It is now in the finest condition it has ever been. Not only does it offer the ultimate challenge to every golfer but it provides a playing quality second to none. Tiger Woods says “The golf course is hard, but it’s fair. I think it’s a fantastic test.” Host of the 2018 Open Championship.
Kingsbarns Golf Links	Par 72, 6659 yards. Only six miles from St. Andrews, Kingsbarns Golf Links sweep majestically along the sea near the charming village of Kingsbarns.  The sea figures prominently on every hole at Kingsbarns Golf Links. It offers spacious fairways, rolling and twisting through dune ridges and hollows, large greens inviting even on days of wind, yet replete with subtle challenges. True links turf and accommodating contours that embrace the tradition of the running shot under the wind. Challenging yet playable, Kingsbarns has become an absolute “must play” when visiting the St. Andrews area.
St. Andrews Old Course	Par 72, 6721 yards. The Old Course is the oldest course in the world and was first played 600 years ago, yet it remains a true test of championship golf. Despite its reputation and status, it is still a public course and closed on Sundays. The fabled links course is synonymous with The Open Championship which it has hosted more times than any other venue. The course is known for its particular physical features including 112 bunkers and its double greens, where the outward and inward holes are cut on the same putting surface.
Royal Troon Golf Club Old Course	Par 71, 7175 yards. One of the great links courses in Scotland, the Old Course is a challenging test of golfing ability. With the wind to contend with, and deep rough interspersed with gorse and broom, accurate shot making is essential. Players should make their scores on the outward nine, as the prevailing north-westerly wind can make the back nine extremely difficult. It was host of the recent Open Championship in 2016.
Trump Turnberry Ailsa Course	Par 70, 7211 yards. The Ailsa Course really came into international prominence with the famous duel between Jack Nicklaus and Tom Watson over the four days of the 1977 Open Championship. It is regularly acknowledge as one of Britain’s top three courses, confirmation that gives it eminence worldwide, with regular rankings within the world’s top 20 courses. The scenic glories of the Ailsa Course are to be savored – the granite dome of Ailsa Craig, the low form of the tip of Argyll and the peaks of Arran highlighting the changing patterns of light and shade. Closer at hand, the lighthouse, and the ninth’s lovely back tee are other symbols of Turnberry. Since purchasing the course in 2014, Trump has made major renovations, which have received rave reviews.
